Alaska - Day 6 Juneau cont'd

 After returning to terra firma we went for a short trek in the rain forest to view a glacier.  We didn't get anywhere as close to the glacier as I would have liked but we did have a nice view and the walk through the woods was very pretty.  

Reminded me a lot of the forests of Vancouver Island.  

Lots of markers along the trail showing where the ice once was.  

After a walk for a few miles we caught sight of the river of blue ice.
